The Safe Rx mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Safe Rx (“Safe Rx,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. By consenting to Safe Rx’s SMS/text service, you agree to receive recurring messages (service-related or promotional) through your wireless provider to the number you provide, even if it’s on a Do Not Call list. Texts may be sent via an automatic dialing system.

Participation is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. You are responsible for any message or data rates charged by your carrier. Frequency varies.
