Star of Netflix show, “The Pharmacists”, Dan sits on Safe Rxs advisory board. Dan lost his son in 1999 to a drug related incident, and has since made it his mission to raise awareness of the problem and educate parents on how they can prevent similar tragedy through his foundation, Tunnel of Hope. “I look forward to working with Safe Rx to raise awareness of the opioid epidemic and the role of prescription medication abuse,” said Dan Schneider of the Netflix docuseries, “The Pharmacist”. “We share a mutual goal of educating parents across the U.S. on the importance of securing medicine at home and protecting family members from drug misuse.” Read more about his campaign here.
