Milton Cohen
Sarah Dennis
Chief Executive Officer
Sales and Marketing Director
Milton is a seasoned operator and prior private equity executive with experience in specialty manufacturing and business and healthcare services. Prior to Safe Rx, Milton led a leveraged buildup in the outsourced maintenance sector, which he grew from a small regional platform through two add on acquisitions into a national competitor. In his prior two roles as a lower middle market principal investor, Milton led direct equity buyouts stage investing in healthcare and business services for a mid-Atlantic merchant bank and a multifamily office, after completing a successful turnaround in the specialty chemicals sector. Milton started his career as an investment banker at JP Morgan Chase covering plastics, packaging, and films companies.
Sarah was born in England and moved with her family to Denver, Colorado 10 years ago. She is proud to be an American Citizen now too! Sarah worked as a Registered Nurse in the UK and administered chemotherapy at UCH/Middlesex Hospitals in London. She has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare with a degree in cancer nursing from Manchester University. Sarah worked for Baxter Healthcare as a Sales Specialist and then a Senior Product Manager before moving to the USA in 2012. At Safe Rx, Sarah has been employed in a number of roles, but is currently responsible for managing the sales and marketing teams and enjoys working for such a mission driven company focused on saving lives in our communities.
Zach Molnar
Finance Director
Zack has over 10 years of finance experience across several roles. In the Finance Director role at Caring Closures, Zack is responsible for all finance functions, including FP&A, budgeting, investor relations, fundraising, among other responsibilities. Prior to this role, Zack was a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at William Blair in Chicago, where he worked on M&A and financings across the healthcare arena. Zack has also held roles in KPMG’s Financial Advisory group, Northern Trust’s Hedge Fund Services group, and began his career working in equity derivatives on the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Zack holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Courtney Curtis
Controller / Operations Director
Courtney has over 20 years of accounting experience. Courtney currently acts as the Controller for Caring Closures and is responsible for all matters relating to the financial statements, as well as acting as Human Resource Director. Prior to this role, Courtney worked in other startups in the Denver area. Courtney started her career with Deloitte & Touche and was a Senior Financial Analyst at Standard & Poor’s on Wall Street prior to relocating to the Denver area. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Accounting from Drexel University.

Shelly has over 10 years of healthcare experience through many roles before taking a break and staying home with her twin boys. She is now a working mom and a Senior Account Manager here at Safe Rx. She considers herself a “yinzer” and loves anything black and gold, being that she is from Pittsburgh, PA. Being a college athlete, you will find her still staying active in many sports and cheering on her favorite teams.
Maddie grew up on the East Coast and moved to Colorado with her family in 2014. Following the move she graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a degree in Marketing and a concentration in Biology.
